Over the past 30 years we have sold many homes from the east coast to the west, but
none of our agents' professional skills have matched those of Ms. Jacketti.
The marketing of our home was superb. Sheila advised us in setting a
fair market price and proposed an action plan that included follow-up with
realtors and suggestions for how we could work together most effectively
as a team. It is our belief that the professionally prepared fliers,
the virtual tour and the exposure provided on Sheila's web site were also
significant factors in the quick sale of our home. The first offer
was received within two weeks of listing. A second offer came the
following week.
Although we continually encountered serious problems with the buyer's agent, as well
as the other service providers enlisted by the buyer, Sheila stood by our

This is to recommend the realty services of Ms. Sheila
Jacketti. Before I placed my home on the
market, I interviewed seven realtor representatives. I selected Ms.
Jacketti for several reasons: her sales record is seldom equaled; she
predicted a higher price for my home that any of the other
representatives; and she impressed me with her detailed knowledge of the
local real estate market.
Her analysis proved correct; the home sold within the
first week. It was then she proved her real value. Because of
business reasons, I was out of town for lengthy periods. This was
further complicated by several items that needed taken care of on the
home. Sheila handled every detail with aplomb, relieving me of that
responsibility at a time when I was deeply involved in business matters.
I highly recommend Ms. Sheila Jacketti as the realtor to
sell your house. She makes a daunting task look easy....

Prior to listing with Sheila, my home had been on the
market with another local company for 90 days. After meeting with
several prospective agents, I decided to list with Sheila. I was
favorably impressed with her marketing background and her
follow-up.
Once I listed with Sheila, I wasn't disappointed.
Both the flyer that she wrote for my house and the description of the
property she wrote for the multiple listing highlighted attributes of my
property that I hadn't even thought of. As a result, I had more
potential buyers look at my home during the first two weeks it was on the
market than I had during the entire three months of the previous
listing. My house was sold within two weeks.
During the escrow, Sheila was very conscientious about
explaining what my responsibilities were and keeping me informed about the
status of the transaction. More impressive, however, was her
willingness to stay on top of things and assist when needed.
I was, of course, very pleased with Sheila's willingness
to expedite the transaction and save me time and money. But even
more impressive to me was what her efforts indicate about the way she relates
to her clients.
My home, a seventy year old one bedroom cottage
was most likely the least expensive listing Sheila was carrying at the
time and yet, her level of interest and involvement in the transaction was
what I would expect if I were listing an executive home at several times
the value. The way Sheila handled my transaction indicates to me
that she is committed to working with her clients, regardless of the
financial remuneration that awaits her at the close of the deal.
I will enthusiastically recommend Sheila to my many
friends and acquaintances. I hope you appreciate
